Larger Meeting Spaces and Breakout Rooms

Tucked into the towering pines and footpaths of Bonclarken are a wide variety of conference and meeting facilities that seat up to 500-each with its own special character. Well-maintained technical systems and amenities will help you make your conference or group meeting a success. Bonclarken's helpful staff will assist you in selecting appropriate meeting spaces, along with accommodations and dining arrangements.

Mike and Lib Patrick Conference Room

Located in The Lodge, this 3600 square foot meeting room features seating space up to 350, and is ideal for group gatherings of all sizes. Full AV equipment allows for any and all presentation types.

Jean White Room

Located in Founders Hall, the Jean White Room is an excellent meeting space for up to 100 guests. The comfortably arranged parlor room features a fireplace, kitchen, and full AV service.

Convocation Hall

Featuring meeting space for up to 300 with a small stage area and AV equipment, Convocation is great for large gatherings. A full kitchen is available upon request.

Bonclarken Chapel

The beautiful center for worship at Bonclarken is called the Chapel. Offering seating up to 400, the Chapel facilities include an organ, piano, choir loft, audio systems, and recording equipment. Groups of every denomination enjoy a very special worship experience at the Chapel.

Youth Activity Building

Available by reservation only. A modern 19,000 square foot facility that can easily seat 1,000 guests for very large gatherings or can be partitioned for use of groups of 50 or more, the Youth Activity Building is perfect for your large group meeting space. The building is multi-purpose and can also be used for basketball or indoor activities, and includes a walking track, game room, kitchen, and full AV service.
