Smaller Meeting Spaces and Breakout Rooms

Bonclarken’s helpful staff will assist you in selecting appropriate meeting spaces, along with accommodations and dining arrangements.

Synodical Hall

Attractively decorated, Synodical Hall accommodates up to 75 guests for formal and informal gatherings. Board meetings, ladies events, and receptions all work perfectly in Synodical. Wifi Internet access is available in this building.

Maryalice Cottage

This log cottage with a backyard and play area is ideal for a childcare facility or meeting space for up to 50. Amenities include a small kitchenette, cozy gas fireplace, a room with four cribs and video screen.

Draffin Hall

With five classroom-style rooms, Draffin serves very well as a breakout location for your group. Each classroom can seat up to 30, with table, chairs, wall-mounted screens, writing boards, and TV/VCR. Ideal for children's and youth programs.

Recreation Building

This is a versatile room good for numerous activities, with carpeted risers and plenty of space for learning and arts and crafts activities.The Rec Building is a short walk from the cottages and ideal space for mid-sized youth groups.

Hotel Classroom #1

Available May-September. Located in the Heidelberg Hotel, this small classroom accommodates 25-30 and works very well for breakout groups and committee meetings.

Music Room

Located in the Heidelberg Hotel, the Music Room is a beautiful room perfect for small group gatherings and receptions.

Memorial Hall Classrooms

The Memorial Hall classrooms are a great option for smaller groups
or as breakout areas for larger groups. Located in the basement of
Memorial Hall, these classrooms are steps away from the Dining Hall
and other upper campus facilities.
